VisualFA the Accounts Module maintains a comprehensive audit trail of all Accounting transactions.

Audit log is stored in a separate database and can be retrieved only by authorised persons thru a Audit Report Tool. The Audit log provides :

• Who created a transaction (voucher) in accounting, from which computer and date & time of creation.
• Any modification (edit) done in the Voucher data along with name of the user, date of modification and old values.
• If a transaction is deleted, then it will log name of user & date of deletion.
